During this guided experience, you will taste six carefully selected premium Taiwanese oolong teas, each representing different terroirs, oxidation levels, and roasting styles. From high-mountain floral elegance to deeper roasted aromas, you will discover the remarkable diversity of Taiwan’s tea culture.
We will introduce:
• The history and evolution of Taiwanese oolong
• The differences between high mountain, lightly oxidized, and roasted styles

Participants will also learn how to brew tea using a traditional Chinese gaiwan, understanding water temperature, leaf-to-water ratio, and multiple infusions. This hands-on session allows you to experience how flavor evolves over successive brews.
